  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
